and software are not returnable unless otherwise indicated. Also, separate return procedures apply for D.O.A. equipment. This Policy does not apply to products sold for resale.
Returns -- If you're not satisfied with a product,
or want to return one for repair, simply call our Customer Sales &
Service at (949) 542-7995 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number. To avoid a restocking fee, you must call for your RMA number
within 10 days of the invoice date. Then return the item within 30
days of ship date. We'll credit your account immediately.
Returns initiated more than 10 days after
the invoice date are subject to a restocking fee calculated as a
percentage of the list price.

in its original packing container. If you've damaged the product
but it's still repairable, there will be a 30% restocking fee. If
the product is damaged beyond repair, we will have to charge you
the full invoice price. A 30% restocking fee will also be charged
if all accessories to the unit are not returned.

No liability is assumed for any consequential
damages resulting from the use of a product. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but
not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose. State laws may offer other rights in addition
to those above.
Product abuse, alteration, or misuse cancels
all warranties. The warranty does not cover damages incurred because
of lightning or other natural/electrical forces exceeding the stated
limits of the products. In no event will our warranty liability
exceed the purchase price of a product. NOTE: These terms do not
