This hands-on seminar is designed to teach the fundamentals of using the Network Observer Protocol Analyzer Version 10.0 in a typical Local Area Network environment. Pacific Datacom Systems is a LAN/WAN systems consultant with over ten years experience working with network analyzers and troubleshooting. We are an Observer authorized training center.

| Seminar Details |
| One-day fundamentals course that includes an Ethernet overview. A review of network basics including topics like LAN switching, technology, routers, protocol analysis, SNMP and RMON, students will learn how to operate the Observer using various hands-on labs. Students will learn how to troubleshoot, maintain, optimize, and monitor network traffic. With this knowledge students can effectively use the functionality and capabilities of the Observer products family. Course Agenda. |

| Course Materials |
| Attendees will receive a comprehensive workbook that can later be used as a reference tool. Attendees will need a notebook computer and a copy of the Network Instruments Observer software. If you do not have a copy of the software, please arrive early so we can install the software on your computer. |

Two Day Hands-on Network Instruments Observer Workshop $1,295.00
Private classes are available through out the U.S. A minimum billing of five students plus the instructors expenses and a per-diem traveling charges. It's cost effective to pay expenses for one instructor rather than 3 or more students. Please call for a quotation.

| Course fees must be paid fifteen (15) working days in advance. No refund will be given for cancellations or changes after the payment due date, however, you may sign up for a future class for $450.00.
